It was amazing to discover the author’s emphasis on exploring the structure of thought itself and the ways in which people’s minds can alter reality. The steps the author lays out to help readers discover the power of positivity and the impact it can have both mentally and emotionally were straightforward and engaging. Confronting the impact that the internet and social media have on our minds was also thought-provoking.
