The experience and authority the authors bring to the subject allow the reader to feel at ease and invested in the long-term commitment to documentation that this book promises.
Each page takes the time to give readers a chance to document several things that contribute to skincare every day. These include workout routines, morning routines, a person’s mood each day and how much sleep a person gets each night, on top of many others. The balance between mental and physical health and how they contribute to skincare is emphasized as well, and each weekly check-in engages the reader to explore a new topic of thought, like what are 3 things a person loves about themselves and why. The authors also lay out routines and practices each month as the journal progresses as well.

Examining different viewpoints and mindsets in this book allows the reader to put the book’s purpose into practice.
