1) Tell us a little bit about yourself. How did you get into writing?
I’m a Management Engineer and strategy execution specialist with more than three decades of experience transforming complex organizations across public and private sectors. Over the years, I developed several frameworks — including BDRIVEN™, StratExec™, GBT™, and RAS946™ — to help leaders translate vision into measurable execution while increasing clarity, accountability, and human engagement.
Writing began as a necessity, not a hobby. After implementing these systems in more than 300 organizations, I realized that the insights were too powerful to remain confined to boardrooms. Books became the vehicle to scale ideas. Writing allows me to distill complex systems into accessible models leaders can apply immediately.
2) What inspired you to write your book?

My book was inspired by a global frustration I kept seeing: organizations working harder but not necessarily creating more value. Objectives were vague, energy was fragmented, and execution often died after planning sessions.
I wrote the book to challenge conventional goal-setting frameworks and introduce a more human, more precise, and more execution-real methodology. The intention was not to add noise — but to upgrade how leaders think about desgning and pursuing objectives.
3) What theme or message do you hope readers will take away from your book?
Clarity creates power.
When objectives are well-designed, measurable, and aligned with genuine value creation, people don’t need excessive motivation — they gain momentum naturally. I want readers to understand that work does not have to be draining or chaotic. When designed properly, it becomes energizing, focused, and meaningful.
Ultimately, the message is that leadership is not about pressure — it is about designing systems that enable performance and growth simultaneously.
4) What drew you into this particular genre?
I write at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and human performance. What draws me in is the opportunity to bridge rigor with inspiration. Many business books are either too theoretical or too motivational. I aim for something different: structured thinking with practical execution pathways.
My background in management engineering shapes everything I write. I believe ideas must convert into systems. And systems must produce measurable outcomes.
5) What social media site has been the most helpful in developing your readership?
LinkedIn has been the most aligned platform for my audience, since much of my work focuses on leaders, executives, and organizational transformation. It allows deeper professional conversations and thoughtful exchanges.
That said, I’m increasingly exploring short-form content platforms to broaden the conversation beyond executives — because redefining work is not a niche issue; it’s a global one.
6) What advice would you give to aspiring or just starting authors out there?
Three things:
- Write from lived experience, not theory alone.
- Focus on clarity over volume.
- Package your ideas so others can use them.
A book is not just a message; it is intellectual infrastructure. Think about how your ideas can live beyond the pages — through frameworks, tools, applications, or movements.
And most importantly, protect your voice. Depth matters, but so does distribution.
7) What does the future hold in store for you? Any new books/projects on the horizon?
Yes — I just published a new book titled “A.I. and I: The Courage to Think, the Courage to Act.” It explores how leaders can partner intelligently with artificial intelligence to elevate human judgment rather than replace it. Three more on agenda for 2026.
In parallel, I am scaling BDRIVEN™ as a global upgrade to traditional goal-setting methodologies and expanding RAS946™ as a strategy execution engine for modern organizations.
The larger vision is simple but ambitious: help redefine how the world works — making it more focused, more valuable, and more human.
